We’re looking for local artists and illustrators to feature on our website. We select a new artist each year, sharing application work with our residents to vote on the featured artist who best represents our building and neighborhood community. The selected artist will be commissioned to produce 2-3 pieces of illustrated art for our website. We feature artist biographies and their work on our Ethos page, and link out to your artist websites, encouraging any of our residents and visitors to purchase artist work. We know River North was built around a collaborative group of artists, and we are eager to support the people that make this community great in any way we can.
UNIQUELY DESIGNED SO EVERY RESIDENT CAN LIVE ETHICALLY
ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
LIVING AT EDIT IS LIKE LIVING IN AN ART GALLERY, AND THERE’S MORE TO THE STORY
EDIT doesn’t just draw inspiration from the River North’s rich history of art and industry. EDIT is fully immersed in it, from concept to reality. Part apartment community, part gathering space and part gallery, EDIT is filled with one-of-a-kind pieces by the local painters, sculptors and muralists that give River North its place in national conversations.

EDIT + ETHOS
FOR OUR RESIDENTS AND FOR OUR COMMUNITY
When it comes to green building initiatives, we’re pioneering a new type of property management in the industry. More honest. More ethical. From space conservation to revolutionized heating and cooling, and LEED to FitWel® certifications, EDIT seeks to find community-safe, community-centered solutions to deliver 100% livability.
CONSERVATION EFFORTS
Our partnership with Best Bees Company means we’re doing our part to save the bees—while residents enjoy the honey.
GREEN INITIATIVES
EDIT is an industry pioneer. From space conservation to LEED certification, and ultra-efficient heating and cooling through our Integrated Piping System (IPS) - (one of the first high-rise applications in North America), these choices not only ensure a smaller carbon footprint but also significantly reduce utility bills for residents.
ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT
We hired Nine Dot Arts’ curation team to cover EDIT’s walls with pieces by local artists, and we’re prioritizing new works by women and people of color.
PHYSICAL WELLNESS
We’re a FitWel® community and promote wellness with onsite HIIT classes, Zoom classes, a community bike share program and organized hiking trips.
NEIGHBORHOOD PARTICIPATION
MADE TO FOSTER MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS
EDIT is a proud member of the RiNo Arts District. This paid membership is available to residents of the RiNo Art District or individuals and companies who wish to support RiNo's efforts. The RiNo Art District, with support from the RiNo BID and RiNo Denver GID, directs resources to programs that creatively, sustainably grow the district and direct its future. Check out some of the initiatives here.
PARTNERSHIPS
HOW WE SUPPORT THE BUSINESSES IN OUR COMMUNITY
The success of local business is extremely important to us. That’s why we’re working to establish community partnerships with our favorite businesses in the area. We’re dedicated to creating opportunities that link our residents and neighbors to the real side of Denver. Contact us if your business is interested in partnering with EDIT.
Warren Village
Living in poverty and homelessness is not only stressful but can result in feelings of fear, hopelessness, and prioritization of daily survival over long-term planning. Warren Village’s goal is to help low-income, single-parent families make the journey from poverty to self-sufficiency. Utilizing a Two-Generation (2Gen) approach, Warren Village provides comprehensive resources to empower these parents to change their life trajectory.
Best Bees Company
Since 2010, The Best Bees Company has offered a unique, turnkey way for organizations to make a positive impact on the environment. We've joined their collective movement to save the bees and added an onsite professionally managed beehive.
LEED
Green buildings are the foundation of something bigger: helping people, and the communities and cities they reside in—safely, healthily and sustainably thrive. We're a LEED certified building and keep exploring new ways to be more sustainable.
